The Kingdom of Tonga’s National Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT Tonga) has co-led publication of a joint advisory with the New Zealand National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC).
The 2025 PaCSON Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place from Thursday 16 October to Tuesday 21 October in Kiribati, Kiritimati Island. This year’s AGM stretched over the weekend, providing members with opportunities to connect in person through sessions that strengthened member’s collective expertise in cybersecurity, information sharing, networking and capacity building. Beyond the formal program, the AGM also offered attendees the chance to catch up with familiar faces in person and experience the untouched beauty of Kiritimati Island.
From June 22-27 2025, PaCSON sponsored two PaCSON members to travel to Copenhagen, Denmark to attend the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams Annual Conference (FIRSTCON25). The conference was conducted over six days and included networking opportunities, presentations and various workshops.
The 2024 PaCSON Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place from 9 to 12 September in Rarotonga, Cook Islands. It was a valuable opportunity for the PaCSON community to share key cyber information, collaborate and come together in-person. The agenda for the four-day program aimed to provide PaCSON members, partners and friends with the chance to learn from one another in both formal and informal settings. Activities included presentations, hands-on training, workshops and networking events.
In early June 2024, 8 PaCSON representatives travelled to Fukuoka, Japan to attend the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams Annual Conference (FIRSTCON24). The conference was conducted over the course of 7 days and included networking opportunities, presentations and various workshops.

The 2023 PaCSON Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held in Port Vila, Vanuatu from 18 to 22 September. This year’s AGM was an opportunity for the PaCSON Community to reconnect in-person. PaCSON Members, Partners, Friends and Observers came together to collaborate and share key cyber security findings in the region.
In early June 2023, nine PaCSON representatives travelled to Montreal, Canada to attend the National CSIRT Annual Conference (NatCSIRTCON23) and the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams Annual Conference (FIRSTCON23). These conferences took place over seven days and provided PaCSON Members with the opportunity to meet and engage with cyber counterparts from around the world and to participate in presentations and workshops.
The 2022 PaCSON Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held in person for the first time since 2019 in Suva, Fiji. The AGM is an important opportunity for PaCSON Members, Partners and key stakeholders to come together to collaborate and engage with each other, as well as plan and discuss the key priorities and activities for the coming year.
